Kesuksesan mahasiswa ini dapat diidentifikasi menjadi tiga sisi kesuksesan yaitu kesuksesan akademik, kesuksesan perencanaan karir, dan kesuksesan sosial kemasyarakatan. Ketiga kesuksesan tersebut popular dengan sebutan Tri Sukses.
Kesuksesan akademik mengacu pada keberhasilan mahasiswa dalam perkuliahannya sejak semester pertama hingga mahasiswa di wisuda. Hal ini dapat diidentifikasi melalui capaian indeks prestasi (IP) baik Indeks Prestasi Semester (IPS) maupun Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK). Kesuksesan akademik ditandai dengan sinkatnya masa studi yang ditunjang dengan kemampuan belajar mahasiswa.
Kesuksesan perencanaan karir mengacu pada kesiapan mahasiswa memasuki dunia kerja dan selang waktu menunggu pekerjaan sesuai dengan bidangnya. Untuk memasuki bidang karir, mahasiswa harus dipersiapkan karena masa sekarang persaingan memasuki dunia kerja sangat ketat dan sangat kompetitif.
Kesuksesan kemasyarakatan dimaksudkan membantu mahsiswa dalam memecahkan dan mengatasi kesulitan-kesulitan yang berkaitan dengan masalah sosial. Sehingga tercipta suasana belajar yang kondusif. Selain itu bimbingan sosial ini dimaksudkan agar mahasiswa dapat melakukan penyesuaian diri dengan teman sebaya atau kelompok, baik di kampus maupun di liar kampus.
Keadaan sekarang berbeda dengan kondisi Era tahun 1970-1980-an karena pada era itu dunia digital belum masuk dalam kehidupan sosial kemasyarakatan. Apabila dibandingkan dengan era sekarang masa semakin banyak faktor eksternal yang dapat mempengaruhi proses pembelajaran mahasiswa.
Kenyataan di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa banyak hambatan pada mahasiswa dalam mencapai cita-citanya. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan BK dan kelembagaannya yang membantu menyelesaikan masalah yang dialami oleh mahasiswa.
Bimbingan dan Konseling (BK) Fikes Unsoed merupakan pusat layanan untuk mahasiswa di bawah Wakil Dekan 3. Our website implements the ARIA attributes (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) technique, alongside various different behavioral changes, to ensure blind users visiting with screen-readers are able to read, comprehend, and enjoy the website’s functions.
