BALANCED NUTRITION CAMPAIGN THROUGH NUTRITIONIST GOES TO SCHOOL
UNSOED FIKES NUTRITIONAL SCIENCE STUDY PROGRAM

Student Association of Nutrition Science Study Program (HMPSIG) FIKES UNSOED; The Faculty of Health Sciences, Jenderal Soedirman University, has held a Nutritionist Goes to School (NGTS) event at SMAN 1 Purwokerto. This event is an annual HMPSIG program to introduce SMA / SMK students to the importance of balanced nutrition to be applied in their daily life. In addition to the material presentation, there is also an anthropometric measurement stand to measure the Body Mass Index (BMI) with the aim that students know their current nutritional status, whether ideal, under nutrition or even over nutrition. At the anthopometry stand there is a consultant to facilitate students who want to consult about nutritional problems they face. Not to forget, the committee team also provided a photo booth for students who wanted to capture the moment on a special day with potential experts in the field of nutrition. Unlike the previous year, this year the NGTS event was followed by a series of national nutrition ambassadors selection which was held in five schools in Purwokerto.
